The CCA Cleaning Assurance Framework

A cleaning service with its own system of accountability.

Our proposed CCA Cleaning Assurance framework is an internal service quality program—not a government-issued accreditation. It is intended to help centre managers see what has been cleaned, how the work is checked, and how issues are handled.

  • Site-specific cleaning plan and service scope
  • Documented hygiene and cleaning procedures
  • Scheduled task records and quality checklists
  • Follow-up process for cleaning concerns
  • Regular service reviews with centre management

National Quality Standard · Support

Supporting the standards your centre works towards.

Our cleaning systems and documented records are designed to support centre management with hygiene practices relevant to National Quality Standard Quality Area 2, particularly Element 2.1.2. We also support premises upkeep documentation relevant to Quality Area 3.

QUALITY AREA 2 · ELEMENT 2.1.2

Health practices and procedures

For Quality Area 2, CCA can provide site-specific cleaning schedules, hygiene inspection reports and completed cleaning records to help centre management demonstrate how contracted cleaning tasks are performed and monitored.

QUALITY AREA 3 · ELEMENT 3.1.2

Safe, clean and well-maintained premises

The NQS addresses the upkeep of premises, furniture and equipment. CCA can provide cleaning plans and records relevant to centre management's responsibilities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers. No inflated claims.

What is CCA Cleaning Assurance?

CCA Cleaning Assurance is our proposed internal framework for planning, documenting, checking and improving the cleaning services we provide. It is not an external certification, government approval or NQS rating.

Can CCA help with a centre's NQS requirements?

Our cleaning procedures and documentation may provide supporting evidence for elements relevant to hygiene and upkeep, including NQS Elements 2.1.2 and 3.1.2. Centre management retains responsibility for meeting regulatory requirements and NQS assessments are undertaken through official processes.

Do you offer a single standard cleaning package?

No. We tailor cleaning frequencies, area-specific checklists and quality reviews to the needs of each childcare centre following a consultation and site assessment.

Is CCA a government agency or regulator?

No. Childcare Cleaning Australia is an independent commercial specialist cleaning service. We are not affiliated with ACECQA or a government regulator.
